Tips for a SUCCESSFUL Document Submission

1. Electronic signatures are not acceptable
   1. Please physically sign your forms, then scan and submit the entire form
2. A complete Tax Return Transcript is preferred and contains all information needed to complete the tax forms request.
   1. However, if you would like to submit an IRS Form 1040, you must submit:

                                                    i.     The first page: starting with the filers name and demographics at the top

                                                   ii.     The signature page, signature by either the tax filer or tax preparer in the appropriate location

                                                  iii.     All schedules 1, 2, and 3, if applicable.

3. The best way to submit documents is via dropbox at https://dropbox.fsu.edu/
4. Please submit documents one time
   1. Progress slows down when documents are submitted through two or more intake sources
5. Review documents carefully before submission. We cannot accept incomplete documents.
