Ethics in Business Scholarships
Through matching grant donations from private donors and the State of Florida, scholarships are available to students who have completed, or who are enrolled in specific courses covering topics of ethics in the business world.
To be eligible, students must meet the following conditions:
- Be a degree seeking, undergraduate student at Florida State University
- Be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits per term of award
- Have completed, or be enrolled in one of the specified approved courses (see listing below)
- Complete the course with a grade of B- or better
Awards will be made to a maximum of $1000 per year, (Maximum $500 Fall term, $500 Spring term).
Overall academic performance will be considered in awarding scholarships.
Preference will be given to students with financial need (as demonstrated through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) - available to complete online at www.fafsa.ed.gov
Students must submit documentation of community service with the application.
The Application will be available to download from this site starting March 16, 2009 and must be submitted, with all required documentation, no later than March 31, 2009.
The Application period is now closed.
The award is not automatically renewed - students must apply each year to be considered for available awards.
